GetModel Desktop is an AI CLI configuration management tool that provides unified management of provider configurations, MCP servers, Skills, and system prompts across multiple CLIs including Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini.
Its value: you can switch between your official account and GETMODEL at any time. GetModel Desktop lets you switch with a single click of the mouse, without manually editing configuration files every time.

① Download the Client
Step one: install the desktop app (Windows / macOS / Linux). Both the Claude Code and Codex configurations require completing this step first.
② Claude Code Configuration
Prerequisite: download the client. Add and enable a GETMODEL API Key for Claude Code in GetModel Desktop.
② Codex Configuration
Prerequisite: download the client. Add and enable a GETMODEL API Key for Codex in GetModel Desktop.
Desktop workflow: first complete ① "Download the Client", then choose ② "Claude Code Configuration" or "Codex Configuration" depending on which CLI you want to use. If you use both, do both.
